• Submit fraudulent run completions or manipulate enrollment status.
• Interfere with platform operations, security, or availability.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform data without authorization.
• Abuse staff, users, or moderation systems.

3. Runs, Points, and Rankings

DTBM may review run completion activity before awarding points. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or adjust points and ranking positions when activity violates rules or quality standards.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (for example, notes and profile content). By submitting content, you grant DTBM a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it as needed to operate and administer the platform.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, or harm platform integrity.

6. Disclaimers

DTBM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTBM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of DTBM after updates means you accept the revised terms.
